Really happy with weightloss, during the week is easy as I am in the office and I have a defined regiment, not sure of I can keep it up over the weekends, ketones at 1.2mmol which is bad, I think thats because I missed dinner. Anyway of to research protein powder.
148.1 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 61.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for your comment, this weight-loss game, is quite tough. I am finding puttimg my toughts and reflecting is a great help.
