We're all learning, we're all works in progress. I find the more I log and look at the macros and micros, the more I learn what nutrients affect me, and how. So now I'm working on increasing fibre and keeping carbs low(ish). And it's important to remember that this takes time. We're often trying to unlearn DECADES of unhealthy habits. No small thing. You've already established the new habit of logging in, so that's progress 💚
