The result of a teenagers birthday party. I was pretty good and only had one slice of cake, home made by me, and a cuppa. Oh well, back to dieting tomorrow but I have a funeral on Wed and so I'll have to be careful at the wake. My family are all bakers!
75.5 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
