I had a pretty awesome week this week, glad to see it reflected on the scales. Slightly late for my weigh in, but I've finally stopped for the night. It was a busy day with doctors, shopping and then housework.
This next week will be a ride. I have my son's first birthday right around the corner (2 days away). We got some doctor results we are waiting on for my pregnant partner. I have a movie night coming up to see One Piece at the cinema with my partner and my brother. I'm working a 30hr week with one day in particular a split shift totalling 12hr.
It should be good. Let's see how I go with the diet. 🙂
