Well the reverse diet starting today which means I have to get back to 75 kg then slowly bulking up from there hahaha.
I enjoyed so much food in the last few days (over eating)
So now my calories will be set at 2000 and 2 high carb days which the daily average is around 1650

Food is so good 🤤 It's easy to over eat ... Lower cals on high carb days? Is that due to type of exercise on those days?

So I have leg day twice a week so I have high carb on these days and then taper down calories from high to medium to low that way your glycogen stores are nearly used up and then you refill them on those high days stopping over spilling and then mounting up fat storage.
I only manipulate carbs, fats and protein pretty much stays the same.

Oh, I see now that I misunderstood your first comment... that makes sense. Thanks. Some of us are still digging into the 'long term' storage in our fat cells 😬 Looking forward to a day when there can be a nice healthy rotation of energy in, energy out - without spillage 😉
