Finally back at the gym resuming my pre-COVID exercise regime. I have also been loosely keeping a food diary as things were going the wrong way. Very happy with this result.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
