First weight in two weeks - being up is not unexpected as I haven’t been planning meals due to being so busy with maintenance. Now we head to Tassie this coming week wanted to track my weight to see what happens. Strategy is still to try eat once a day to take into account that meals will be at restaurants. Inflammation is still my enemy at the moment, but pushing thru
90.2 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

I beat you by 2kg today - haha 😉 I really hope that inflammation clears while you are resting (is it a resting holiday?)... it seems to be taking ages, it's got to clear up some time... but it sounds like you have been pushing it pretty hard...

I have rheumatoid arthritis from age 30 so doctor and surgeon using this as the “reason” for the lack of progress - to be fair I don’t think they really know. I knew I was up because no tracking and drinking wine - could have been worse. New scales are good Liz, this is just a recalibration for you, not a weight gain!
