Can't complain about that, and boy do I love complaining! First 20kg down, 40kg to go.
117.9 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 27.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks mate! My son weighs 18.5kg, so I get a fairly regular reminder of the extra weight I was carrying around just a few months ago. When I put him on my shoulders, my knees and ankles get painful de ja vu 😄
