I cannot believe no weight change, I was in the gym for 2hrs, 1hr 10mins on elipticals, 50 mins weight training. I guess this is a stark reminder that less is more in weight-loss. I managed to stress my poor body, Ketones at 2.3mmols no better than the day before so yup did a doozy. Today I will finish shopping for new clothes, relax and have lots of grilled barramundi and lemon, maybe I'll fry the fish. My aim today is less than 12g carbs, I'll see how I go.
134.7 kg Lost so far: 19.4 kg.    Still to go: 47.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow, massive effort at the gym (I think I would die if I spent over an hour on the eliptical... I couldn't have even climbed on the machine until 6 months ago- lol) Maybe the fruits of your efforts will show up over the next few days once the stress to your body has abated... Have fun shopping and enjoy that holiday 👏

I hope so, when I first started I could hardly go for 5 minutes on the eliptical, however I have now built that up. Also for me the aim is to maintain between 130-160 beats per min, so I am not going full out. I also do no more than 35-40mins in one go then I go do weights. Yesterday I went to weights after eliptical then back to eliptical. I also find a movie or documentary I like to distract me on the eliptical. Without that I would be tapping out aroumd 15mins

you are going so well. The gym is very impressive. I suspect you are gaining muscle. All your hard work at the gym will pay off. Enjoy buying new clothes.

Thanks Robpk, I hope I am gaining muscle but right now my aim is to get the weight down so gaining muscle would be a good positive. It was a drag buying new clothes because I am nowhere near my goal so these may not last long, but I had no choice.
