What a day! 11.66km hiked over 5 hours burning 3,249 calories, and I somehow weigh 0.6kg more than I did this morning after consuming only 800 calories of 90% protein for breakfast and nothing but water since. Such utter, utter bullshit...

Hang in there, your weight will come down. I’ve been in the same situation no weight loss however the scales did move down by the end of the week.

I'm sure you'd need more food to sustain you through that hike, your body is probably clinging on for dear life! Well done, I wish I could hike like that, I need to get over my issues and suck it up.

water water. your body desperately needs it with a hike like that but alitre of water weighs 1kg. you will definitely reap the rewards of that hike over the next few days. I am in awe!
