Was expecting this - especially after such a big loss last week (fluid?, timing?). But still happy with the general trend of downwards - and glad to have made it through the Christmas period now which was challenging. I discovered too late the Roses chocolates are packed with calories and if you have a handful - you’ve done yourself a huge disservice for the day’s count!! Wishing everyone a happy new year coming up and onwards and downwards!! ⬇️
