Thanks gaelicgal & Draglist. The counselling went well, we talked about my Mum's passing and the problems I've had with my Mum & Dad's headstone. I felt better afterwards a bit of stress relief I suppose. Yes Bill back on plan and it feels good just another 10lbs to go.😀👍
