2.7kg lost in the first week of 2023, I'll take that. All I've done so is cut out the junk food that I found myself binging on over my 60th Birthday, Christmas and New Year period. I'm happy to lose slowly as long as it's a loss or the dreaded plateau. Although I still need to learn not to get on the scales every day, that's just obsessive and I'm having trouble with breaking that!
