Massive jet lag, trying to get back to normal, hit the gym last night, slept at 1am woke up at 4am so need to get body clock in sync. New goal is 117kg by 3rd April 2023 then 3 weeks rest and 100.4kg by 16 July 2023 . Will be hard but I will try my best. Ketones at 0.6 mmol/l. Will now be incorporating more watermelon and pineapples will see how that goes with Keto.
134.1 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 47.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh the woes of international travel !!! Gosh you did well to keep your weight in check while away 👏

Thanks Liz, you are correct, eating well during international travel is hard especially with hotel buffet breakfast and dinner, as well as friends and family always holding bbq's. Fact is I ate so badly towards the end, I could not bare to put meals in FS. I now realise I was lucky to not add excess weight athough I did a lot of walking. I guess the greatest thing is mentally is I am 130% recharged although I am still dealing with jet lag.
