Well, things finally moved "on their own" yesterday - after taking Dulcolax and stool softeners for three days and discontinuing my meds for two. I'm starting back on one Glycopyrrlate today. My weight will probably be up some tomorrow, because I think it makes me retain water.

Grandson coming this afternoon to spend the night. I used to love when I would get to spend the night with my Granny. We'll be able to play with all the things we got him for his birthday. Fun times.

OK, gotta do my last 1/2 mile of walking.
96.3 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
