Just changed a few things up. I have been having big issues with bloating, diahhrea etc………
So I took cereal out of my diet and wow I am amazed it was that.
Currently seeing a specialist for answers. But I do believe it’s a wheat problem for me.
59.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My 23 yo son had a perfectly normal diet etc then one day bloating, pain, diarrhoea so bad he had to give up work. Months of tests showed bowel inflammation and coeliac disease. He went immediately onto the FODMAP diet and cut all gluten and he is now fine and back at work. This took about 6 months of tweaking his diet!

Yes my blood work is showing up as having a possible autoimmune disease or a metabolic problem. On waitlist for liver biopsy. But I too believe I could be coeliac. Will have a look at the food map diet. That’s good that your son is feeling better now 😊

Monash Uni have a great FODMAP app, it's $10 or so but worth it if you suspect gluten intolerance or similar, it's helped me make links between certain foods and my belly 🙂

Monash Uni have a great app. It is so informative. Download it as it will make food choices so much easier
