Katsolo's Journal, 30 Jan 23

Hung upside down this morning for a few. I need to schedule that on a regular basis. Makes me feel so much better after sitting too long.

Great job on the weight loss! Glad hanging upside down works for you, the best I can do is hang my head off the side of the bed. And then, Princess says I had to worry about the monsters under the bed. Not a good situation.

I used to watch television hanging upside down on the couch. It bothers people. I think it’s funny.

Hey Katsolo! Do you have an inversion bed or some made up contraption that you hang from. I am thinking about looking for one. I borrowed one for my mom while she was here on vacation a few years ago. She swears by hers. It's really the only reason she is still mobile. At least the docs are amazed she can still walk!

Yes, it’s an inversion table. I love it for helping my sciatica. I do also like hanging upside down in general.

It‘s really hard to eat pizza & drink beer upside Kat which may explain my aversion 🍕🍺

The one piece of advice I have is to get a decent one. You don’t want a cheap piece of equipment to drop you on your head. Teeter is a quality machine.

You never did UDM’s? I don’t think I’d ever try eating. 🙃

You don't have to stay on it for very long to reap the benefits. I also need it to decompress my back
