Don’t be to hard on yourself
We all have set backs
But the important thing is getting back on track and you no you can succeed as you have lost 39kg in the past

It's so hard to lose weight after menopause. Starvation is about the only thing that works for me. Good luck with your doctor

Reading that you're "disgusted" with yourself breaks my heart. Losing it is half the battle, keeping it off is the other, sometimes harder part. Many people will regain their weight, and then gain some more, so in the grand scheme, you're actually doing OK 10 years after the inital loss. You've done it before, you can do it again I believe 💚
