Happy with weight-loss, ketones have finally moved up to 1.9mmol/L. I find I am constantly learning and adjusting everyday. My concentration at work has been on point so happy with where my health is going. Starting to plan for Christmas holidays as I have realised first hand how important it is to work smart,hard, relax and reset.
129.8 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 42.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for the positive encouragement, its a long road, physically and mentally. I am a bit OCD so I weigh myself everyday, and take blood ketone readings every morning so its hard because some days I do not lose despite doing things right. One thing that has helped me a lot is posting daily on FS.
