Holding, which is not bad. Blob up a tad, water is holding but low. Exercised super late and only did treadmill. It was super windy and chilly, so kept it short for Sadie.
75.4 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
