I went a bit nuts today. I had fruit toast for brekkie then had hotcakes with mascapone, berries etc for lunch, shared a vanilla slice for afternoon tea then I had chicken salad for dinner plus champers. Gee it was all nice!
73.7 kg Lost so far: 18.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes as long as you enjoyed it. I had a chocolate muffin last week and it was horrible, and the calories for that muffin was so high 😬
