Two weeks to loose 0.5. There are lots of excuses but it comes down to what my wonderful walking mentor recently told me. To loose 1 kilo I need to have a deficit of 7,700 calories. So in two weeks I have had a deficit of just over 3,000 calories so Lizzie I am just validating your stats. More importantly, it still comes down to my wrong relationship with food. When things happen, when I am super busy, tired, happy, joyous, sad - I shouldn’t go to food!
