Starting afresh. Here we go on the 6 week challenge. 6 weeks to lose 10kg, can it be done? Yes it can. 9th Feb will be 6 weeks in. Going off previous loss if I can push hard to start I should be able to remove mammoth weight in the first 4-8 weeks :)
118.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
