Cold, rainy and windy outside today. Gonna have to figure something out if I want to have a little extra chocolate in my day. Blob is bouncing around this week a little. muscle holding, happy enough. I randomly did a three minute plank this weekend. just to prove to myself that I can. Could have gone longer but I only set the timer that long. always another chance, right?
