After a week in Cairns, this is the result of eating out nearly every meal, 2 birthday dinners with dessert, 1 big party, Valentine's day and brunches. The food was amazing and I am a Melbourne food snob! The waffles had a caramel skin on the ice cream that dissolved when it was peeled away, the ricotta and spinach cannelloni came with pesto and olives, what a revelation, and the panacotta was coffee and chocolate with honeyed popcorn and nuts, oh it was all amazing. I loved all of it including the weather that I was dreading. I will be going back in Sept!
74.1 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Holidays are supposed to be pleasurable; it's a bonus that you only put on 700g! You are close to your goal anyway.
