Waking up to this view from my campsite on Bribie Island over four days has cost me 1.4kg and around two weeks of progress. Considering that I only drank on one of the four nights, intentionally didn't bring enough food to cause any real damage to my diet, and spent most days swimming in the ocean and paddle-boarding around the nearby lagoons, a 1.4kg spike seems somewhat unfair...

it always seems very unfair when you are doing all the right things, in the big picture it is a "meh' but that view is worth the hiccup <3
