It would seem that my body has figured out my cunning plan to reach double digits over the next 2 weeks...
104.1 kg Lost so far: 34.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yep, I'll stay the course, but losing 2kg per week is very unlikely no matter what I do...

I seem to be stuck . So she m going to fast for a day then go back to OMAD 3 days a week and see if my weight drops . Added a bit more weight exercises too
