@Yerzhan_Nsw that's good news. Can you share what triggered the loss? Also, while you were plateaud were you consuming the same calorie deficit and burning the same energy through exercises? What about water intake and sleep? Any supplements do you use to support your weightloss journey?? Asking to learn about your journey. 😊

Hi @bestees.au! As far as I know, one should expect a plateau every 1-1.5 months and not be demotivated by growing numbers. It was triggered by a week away from home, an average of 2300+ calories (I usually stick to 2000), and no exercise. I returned, started rigorous counting calories, and had a weekly average of 1834 and 1835. I always sleep 7+ hours a day. I usually consume 40% of the calories during breakfasts and distribute 60% depending on my hunger. If I am too hungry, I try to have a small dinner and go to bed early or do a 40 min cycle. Which also helps to get enough sleep. I only eat protein bars when I cannot have a proper meal. Otherwise, I eat regular food with plenty of meat.
