This is what happens when you don’t weighin or record!!😫
This is the Day of reckoning, I have a month to lose a lot of weight.🫣
Walking isn't a lost art: one must, by some means, get to the garage. 😆 Heck, am I getting in steps today, and having a good lunch, and that’s it!!! No snacking!!!
No longer opening a Vitamin Water will be classified as working out!! As Jimmie would say, “Let’s Go”!!!!!🏃‍♀️
90.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am also constantly having to rein it in. I forget to weight a lot. Maybe it's psychological.

Do you have time to talk a walk? It's my best exercise, especially hills. I walked about an hour this morning. After that effort I'm not likely to come home and eat something bad.

Morticia, you hit the nail on the head. It’s psychological, I always have excuses for myself, even the very day I start over. Something always happens that destroys me being on track. That something is me!!!🙃

Fritzy, I am so happy you go walking, it’s so good for you, and can clear one’s mind!! I am going to find the time to walk come high or hell water!!! I am usually not in the munching mood myself after a good walk.👍☀️🌺
