Lowest weight I've been this year! And that was with having half a grapefruit, a donut, and chocolate milk for breakfast yesterday. Of course, I did manage to get 14,000 steps yesterday. Planning a high protein day today: leftover ribs for lunch, grilled chicken salad for dinner.
