And there goes that pizza bump... Barely a blip 😀 Grateful you are logging your experiments... I'm making a mental note for the future (ps. When you are ready for the next round, can you try some pasta or lasagna please - asking for a friend 😁)

I will try pasta with salads and air fried chicken. I am deciding whether to keep it at my current carbs setting or take it up to my last maintenance will let you know probably will plan to have this on my leg day workout That’s one food I rarely eat I don’t even know what’s lasagne is hahaha.

👍 kind of sad you haven't experienced lasagne, but if you've made it this far in life without, then probably best to keep it that way lol... My friend thinks she won't enjoy it like she used to before switching to a healthier diet anyway 😁 the right choice of pasta, on the other hand, can come loaded with protein (eg. egg noodles) 👍

Those pasta that are of protein and carb dense are best in building muscles phase. This time around my goal is to have a much lower fat % by 2wks out. That means my cardio now has increased to 4 times a week.
