As some of you lovely people may recall, a few weeks ago I posted my ambitious plan to loose 3.8kg in 16 days to reach 99.9kg, double digits, in time for my family's annual reunion. I was making consistent progress at the time and felt it was a challenging though vaguely achievable goal. Well, in spite of my best efforts, that did not happen - like, not even close! It's as though my body read my post and immediately stomped the brakes on my weight loss progress just to spite me - a full-scale, weight-loss blockade! Now, over three bloody weeks later, I'm finally seeing some movement on the scales again. My new plan is to never make plans ever again!
In more positive news, I pulled an old bag of clothes out of cluttered depths of my shed and found my highschool seniors jersey. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing it in public, though it was cool to discover that something I wore in 2003 fits me 20 years later.
