Hahaha 😂😂 it's just that we don't realise how good we are... Because we see our goals as black and white things either you achieve or not... That's the perfectionist in us telling us that we didn't achieve... You see progress is more important than perfection... Also, we need to realise that what we are doing now is to create a habits like eating healthy, not over eating, daily going for a walk, playing a sport, going to gym, drinking enough water... These habits are for life... We don't want to put the weight back...
