Been off the grid for a bit - lots happening with my elderly mum having surgery and work getting in the way of life a bit. But I am back on track and putting more time back into me again! Thanks again to all here for support and encouragement. Onwards and downwards.

83.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg. Still to go: 24.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
