Leg day today gotta keep pressing on as this is week 8 not much longer i smell the kitchen of cookies so can’t wait wait to have 2 or 4 after the gym or stick to the meal plan will see

I am always interested to read about how you manage your diet/ exercise but especially when you are pressing in for a specific goal... I read this post and I start to imagine if I do a leg day I might be able to have a hot cross bun 😀

Also today generally a high carb day so I decided to have 2 biscuits and a piece of a banana cake can’t go too crazy or I will have to do lots of cardio
