Week 3 over and I've lost another 1.3kg. Very happy with that. I've been working hard at the gym, increasing my weights (after 5 weeks) and I'm starting to tone up. I hit the recommended 30+ different plant foods (exc. grains) during my challenge over the past week. I even managed to eat something new: fresh figs, courtesy of my lovely greek neighbour. Did you know that figs are really a flower, not a fruit! My challenge this week is to drink more water. I'm not really good at this :( Any tips/ideas will be gratefully accepted.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations on stepping up on the journey. It's a life long journey of cultivating healthy habits. For drinking water, I carry a 2.2ltr bottle with me and aim to finish it every day. I normally put an antioxidant tea bag to make the water more enticing.

Thanks bestees.au, I'll check out the tea section when I go to the shops. Maybe a nice fruit tea. I've downloaded a 'drink water' app and hopefully that will help me drink a bit more :)
