A good week, with most meals planned and prepped. I'll spend some time today setting up for next week - it obviously pays off. My inner sceptic also wonders if some of this is water-loss after re-establishing ketosis and/or cycle related.
75.4 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Kate_ED, I plan all my meals ahead and it really does pay off. If you know what you're going to be eating and have ingredients to hand, it stops you from ordering takeaway/eating junk when you're time poor, tired or stressed! Good job :)

👏👏👏well done. Meal planning and prep is a non-negotiable in my week. Even after I reach my goal or maintenance weight, I see it being part of my life...
