I have been using my exercise bike this week, and somehow I don't feel as hungry. Been eating 100 or fewer calories than planned each day. But I've managed to still keep my protein to at least 100g a day or close to it.
97.0 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
