OMG... I wish I could lose 1/2kg overnight after eating chicken breast and salad for dinner 🤣 You're smashing it!!!

Well the last 5 days I went from 100g carbs slowly down to 35g and I replaced glycogen instead by drinking water 5-7litres except yesterday I drank 9litres only problem is 4 5 times toilet trips in the night. This method is to rid excess water out the body making you look dry. Plus my cardio went up meaning max elevation at 4.5km speed settings. Today water is cutback to under 2l. Will drop carb further to 25g. Last day workout in the gym today. So excited looking forward to the next phase, reverse diet. Cheers
