Going overseas for 4 weeks. Hopefully I can keep my half marathon training programme intact and my weight stable.
55.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

is the weather similar, better or worse? I find weather the hardest part of training! Maybe you will get lucky and the weather will be calling you to train :) I am currently interstate and it's pouring with rain. not only not exercise weather, but also it is comfort food weather. hard to stick to a diet!
