End of Week 5 and the weight loss has tapered off somewhat to 0.6kg. All good 👍, I was expecting this as I've upped my carbs a bit this week and increased reps at the gym. Feeling the cold and wanting to eat more, so I've made a big pot of soup!
My focus for the week ahead is polyunsaturated fats (omega 6 & omega 3 fatty acids). I'm incorporating walnuts, LSA & chia seeds as well as 3 serves of oily fish (salmon & tuna) into my diet plan this week. All the additions I've made so far will continue as I go forward. 😀
88.1 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

That soup looks amazing! We've got quite the soup group here atm! @Flossyflu and I are also making them on the regular, a few others as well. Yours looks super delish 😋 💚
