I love it when I get a nice surprise. I thought I put on, during camp, despite all the exercise. But it actually went down from my last weigh in.
8km walk Wed 3km walk Thurs 1km max. on Friday, but that's impressive after two nights in a swag! 30 years in the NT, and until this week, I'd never slept outside in a swag. Last night, I also managed to find the energy to goal umpire 1.5 AFL games when ordinarily, I would have been asleep on the couch!
Home made Chicken Noodke Soup tonight. I'm keen!
