Well people’s my weight is still hovering around the high 76kg mark I’m not training enough and for some reason I’m always either hungry or just want something else to eat so my calories are a little on the high side most times.
I’ve cut right back on drinking coke my absolute best drink and I don’t eat many sweets anymore but one good thing my waist line is still good 90cm so that’s a plus.
76.8 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
