Diet Restart, have just started new Boot Camp training, and want to track it as a milestone.

Exactly 4 Weeks until Nepal, and aiming to do 5 days a week (8 hours of intensive cardio per week) where possible. Would love to be under 110kg, and much fitter by Nepal trip, should be possible with good diet. After Nepal am to resume Bootcamp and begin the 13 week challenge at Boot-camp, in order to lose the remaining weight and gain desired fitness level.
119 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
