Somehow I screwed up yesterday’s entry and had it far lower than what I entered into the text. That’s been corrected. Double checked today’s. Blob down, muscle holding, decent walk last night at a decent pace. Super quick entry because it’s Monday morning and that is sufficient explanation. 😖😜🙃
