Today the first day in 8 months I lifted weights. felt so good. I know I'll have a little DOMS but it'll go away quickly. As I am taking it easy to to begin with.
133 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 65 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
