After my half marathon I had a week off all exercise, and only started some light swimming this week. I have also eaten a fair amount of chocolate and haven't calorie counted anything that has gone in to my mouth. A predictable result!
57.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
