Still not making good food or beverage choices, but I feel like I am getting CLOSE to turning things around. Daily calories so far this week are averaging over 2,100/day. Not a number I can lose weight on. I walked by a closet my grandson had left open today and saw some clothes I’d like to be able to wear this fall/winter. They’re right there waiting for me. Only need to lose 10-15 pounds to be able to fit in them comfortably. Walking and PT exercises going well. The therapist really works me hard, but that’s what will get me where I want to go. I walked up and down the stairs frontwards (not sideways), without the cane today! I also caught up on my Bible reading, which I was 10 days behind on! At least I’m not failing in EVERY area of my life!
85.3 kg Lost so far: 32.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can sympathize with the bad food choices. I rode 120 KM on my bike yesterday, and then at night, I ate three doughnuts on top of my normal food. We'll get there, as long as we keep trying. Nice to see you're making progress with your stair climbing. Keep up the good work.

For sure, you are having some successes every day and counting them as not so important. Celebrate your successes and remember that the next day with a brand new chance to move forward toward your goals will be here soon.
