My yearly blood test showed increased sugar levels and my Dr had a go at me. This has happened before and I got them down with a better diet. so, since I've done it before I can do it again. Goodbye added sugar.
I will start by keeping my carbs under 100gm.
91.7 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
