Stopped on the scale after complete recovery after surgery. 116.5kg‼️ Decided to start a for life change diet. I ordered Ozempic, received it on Thursday.On the 14 Sept 2023 at 18:20 I took my first injection. Woke up with a mild slumbering headache witch is still ongoing. Today is a week since I started, 112.9kg‼️ 3.5 down in a week ‼️Lost 1.3 before starting the injection. Its now or never.. 💕

Remember to make changes to your food choices so the weight doesn’t come back if you go off it.
I’ve gone on it for alcohol reduction…it’s worked amazingly…

Thank you so much, I love fatsecret because I count calories and it makes it so much easier. I love veg and salad, can mix things up with chicken ,fish or even lean beef. I think I can live like this. Its been 1 year and 4 months mostly in bed, bleeding , emergency, ct scans, a nightmare, so glad its over. Have a great and fun day💐💕
